Hello wonderful 5T! It’s been another lovely week! You made some amazing fact files about the River Amazon and produced some incredible descriptive writing about the rainforest. Your Jeannie Baker Artwork was fabulous and showed your incredible creativity. We have persevered with Word Problems in Maths and, of course, celebrated the arrival of our gorgeous chicks! 
This week:
My Maths– Log onto My Maths and complete the activities, including Word Probems using Addition and Subtraction.
Spellings– Practise your spellings. You can do this in your Homework Book and send me a photo if you would like to! 5T@westrise-jun.e-sussex.sch.uk
Times Tables Rock Stars– Please log on to Times Tables Rock Stars and continue your amazing work!
Read- Please read with your adult at home and record it into your Reading Journal. Remember to answer some of the questions about your book in the large space on each page.
Beat The Street- When I last looked we were 2nd out of all the schools in Eastbourne for total points, and 5th for average points! Wow!
